NextLink is looking for a Specialist in Microsoft OFFICE 365 migration to work in Barcelona, Spain for a multinational leader in long steel products.
Skills:
Used to work on global projects and with international clients
High level of essential English, Good Spanish
Minimum 3 years' experience migration projects to Microsoft 365 the candidate is the leader of the project, the person to advise the company about all the project and also has to be flexible to do lower lever task (technical) when the project requires it .
Design, Implementation and deployment Office 365 (Exchange, Skype for Business, One Drive, Sharepoint and Teams ...)
Migrating applications to Microsoft Azure - Azure (server,storage, backup)
Chores:
Technical support to the project director of global migration MS 365, definition and programming of phases, migration and implementation
Technical support to the IT groups of each country in migration
Preparation of documentation for the project.
MISCHAS feedback: (Key tasks)
Management of Skype for Business deployment to all sites and users.
Send communications
Carry out training workshops
Solve technical problems with the seller
OneDrive migration management to the remaining sites (Poland, France and Nordics)
Configuration and management of SharePoint Online sites and shared file resource migrations
Other Tasks:
Create the strategy, plan and communications templates of Office 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Skype, Teams, Planner)
Create the strategy, plan and training templates of Office 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Skype, Teams, Planner) and maintenance of the Digital Academy of Office 365
Send daily communications for Exchange migration and maintenance of the Master Migration spreadsheet
Make Office 365 training workshops for users and early adopters
Contribute information to the Office 365 government plan
