NextLink is looking for a Software Tester with Fluent English and Swedish to work in Stockholm, Sweden for a contract position of 6 months + with a lot of possibility to be extended in a multinational client.
Retail supermarket company in Sweden is looking for a tester to join the campaign management and marketing operations team which is going through a marketing transformation program in order to test the new flow that manages the components for campaign building, running campaigns and digital communication to the customer with the idea of driving automation, personalization and digitization of customer's marketing.
Scope:
-Looking for a pragmatic and accurate tester who can also participate in the operational test work and guide the team in their quality assurance.
-Responsible for test activities for the application and be able to coordinate with surrounding system landscapes.
-Run system tests, integration tests against systems that consume and deliver integrated services. The tester needs full control of what needs to be done, plan, follow up and report the results.
-Work closely with Product Owner, application provider and client and will be included in requirement discussions.
-Very good understanding of how to conduct tests of standard systems as well as of proprietary systems.
-Ability to understand the business requirements and can break them down to qualitative test activities and test cases.
-Experience in running and performing tests
Tester's Responsibility:
-Perform tests
-Manage coordination with surrounding applications
-Support the team by transforming requirements into comprehensive test cases-
-Plan, facilitate and follow up:
-System tests (removed UA and E2E tests)
-Integration tests
-Performance tests
Skills required
-Test leader with at least 5 years of documented experience of testing and test management of applications in projects or management, preferably with deliveries from external suppliers
-Experience of tools such as Jira for requirements, testing and reporting and backlog management
-Experience of large, complex IT environments
-Experience as a client of performance and safety tests
-Knowledge about acceptance criteria
-Experience with Campaign Tools for Automated Marketing is a plus
-Experience of Retail and especially grocery stores is a plus
-Experience of CRM processes and tools also an advantage
