Candidate can be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Working in my clients card payments product delivery team. The position sits between product development and operations who implement the product. The position required someone with good understanding of broad range of payments products. You will be liaising with the customers, engaging them with the technology and assisting them with take up and onboarding.

You will support engagement and delivery of advanced payment products such as Contact and Contactless EMV, 3DS, QR Code and Transit to Clients including Issuers, Acquirers, and Integrated Payment Providers.

This person will be responsible for supporting ongoing activities for product delivery of new payment products across issuers, acquirers and merchants, ensuring products are adopted in-line with company strategies. He or she may also work with external consultants, terminal manufacturers, card manufacturers, personalization bureaus, testing labs, and test tool vendors to help enable support.

Provide technical knowledge for resolution of production transaction issues related to advanced payment products. Ability to effectively communicate with vendors, issuers, acquirers or merchants in the EMEA Region.

Examples of administrative tasks to be performed:Maintain Program Status Report/no/tSupport the creation of Contracts and legal documents Maintain Contract inventory Contractor's work experience & qualifications 3 to 5 years in the payments industry.

MUST have payments experience with EMV, 3DS or other advanced payments products (ie: NFC, QR codes, Transit, etc.). Payment Service Provider (PSP) space (value added resellers, gateways, integrated software vendors and terminal OEM's) an advantage.

Skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks/assignments simultaneously. Must possess solid project management skills./Experience of Asian payment industry knowledge is a plus. French, German or Spanish language skills nice to have but not essential. English speaking, Mandarin a nice to have.

Role is based on site in Singapore or HongKong at candidates preference.
