Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Scheduler with my client who is a leading UK based global financial organisation based in the City and at Canary Wharf. We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, possess a good eye for detail and previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contacting users by telephone to schedule global desktop & account migrations
  • Maintain accurate deployment & migration data in JAS
  • Send relevant Programme communications to users at the relevant times
  • Manage BAU signoff process
  • Manage the Programme Scheduling and Communications Mailboxes
  • Liaise with key stakeholders with regards to customer queries & scheduling issues

The ideal candidates will possess the following key skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook skills
  • Organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good general IT literacy
