Application Support Specialist with English, French & Spanish
For one of our leading clients within the automotive space, we are currently looking for a Multilingual Application Support Specialist to join their rapidly expanding operations in Wroclaw. The organization is a highly recognized and top employer in the region.

Typical Day:
- Receiving & answering phone calls from end users and registering Service Requests
- troubleshooting and resolution of Service Requests thanks to knowledge of the company business applications used in dealer and workshop, personal skills, knowledge base, vendor literature and communication with team members
- Transfer/Escalation of SR's to other Support Groups
- Keeping track of and follow up of Service Requests transferred to other Service Groups
- Informing users as to the progress of Service Requests
Skills & experience:
- Native/fluent command of French with advanced English and Spanish
- Microsoft environment knowledge
- Understanding of networking principals
- Analytical ability to troubleshoot complex incidents
- General IT knowledge as a base to quickly learn and support large number of business applications
- Well-developed communication skills & ability to work in multi-task system
