Description
A Government Department in Canberra requires the services of a Business Analyst.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated Business/Systems Analyst Experience in a complex IT environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with non-technical and technical business representatives
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills

- Able to build information models;
- Demonstrated strong working experience in integration projects;
- Experience in using Sparx software for BA model depiction and documentation
- Experience in utilising Archimate and BPMN
- Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills that translate into an IT systems framework
- Self-motivated, able to use initiative, innovative and a strong commitment to achieve business objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
- The ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships across a range of stakeholders (both business and technical) and the ability to negotiate persuasively with relevant technical stakeholders.

The role requires the candidate to be an Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance (mandatory) prior to commencement.
