Description
A Government Department in Canberra requires the services of a GIS Spatial Database Administrator.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in spatial database administration using Esri SDE software.
- Ability to work within a spatial specialist team to provide database expertise and support an operation production system.
- Strong technical experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise software to be able to provide advice and support.
- Excellent business facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Ability to apply both strategic thinking and practical hands-on thinking in order to deliver projects in a complex science-based organisation.
The role requires the candidate to be an Australian Citizen with baseline clearance (Mandatory) prior to commencement.
