Description

We seek on behalf of our Client, a World Leader in Pharma, who are based in Prague, as part of an initiative to build a Global HR Services organization, several Payroll Transition Specialists with the following language skills. Mandatory English, and then Dutch, German, Polish, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.

You will be experienced in payroll and benefits and possess the curiosity to expand and enrich your knowledge. The Payroll Transition Specialist role is designed to grow within our Client's evolving HR department and will gain exposure.

Major Accountabilities

- Payroll Services Transition

- Closely works with functional work stream members ie PWI, Automation, Change & Comms ensuring a full end to end documentation and transition is executed for assigned country/cluster

- Works with in-country team on key deliverables planned for successful country/cluster Payroll Service transition

- Works with Project Managers, Business Owners, Service Owners, Managed Vendor Partners, Operations teams and 3rd parties on mapping/documenting detailed scope of transitioned Service

- Participates in planning and executes related transition activities, can identify and track and articulate process simplification & harmonization opportunities within assigned country/cluster scope

- Ensures adequate project closure and hand-over to operational support based on predefined handover procedure

- Raises any/all identified risks and proposes solutions to ensure a smooth transition of payroll service

- Represents Service and Operational teams at project meetings

- Payroll Service Operation & Vendor Management

- Builds partnerships with third party vendors and Country/Cluster Stakeholders ensuring efficient Payroll Service delivery

- Post transition ensures running the payroll operation flow

- Reviews and assesses payroll run outputs and recommends process cycle Improvements

- Reviews compliance, ensuring all regulatory reporting is completed on the side of vendor and escalates when deficiencies are occurring

- Deals with complex escalated queries the vendor is not able to solve

Experience:

- Min. 3 years of experience working at project within a global organization

- Experience within a payroll operational team is a plus

- Background in HR Services and/or similar transformation projects

- Experience of project delivery in all aspects of the transition for the introduction of new/changing services

- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound

- judgement, in addition to high level attention to detail, analysing information, thoroughness, general math and reporting skills is a must.
