Job Title: Cloud Security Architect

Job Type: Contract

Job Location: Luxembourg

Contract Rate: Euro 700 per day

Contract Length: 12 Months with multiple extensions

Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Contract Cloud Security Architect to join their client in Luxembourg.

The focus is mainly on AZURE and ideally OFFICE 365.

  • Security services of cloud offerings by Amazon and Microsoft;
  • Experience with service design and implementation, including cloud solutions for log management and security monitoring
  • Experience with cloud platform integration with on-premise tools and services
  • Experience designing and implementing security monitoring scenarios in cloud environments
  • Experience with both Splunk Enterprise and ArcSight Connectors and Enterprise Security Manager
  • Experience in scripting and automation
  • Experience building on-premise cloud solutions
  • Expert field knowledge of the problematics related to the information system security in hybrid environments.

The service provider is expected to contribute to the following activities:

  • Consumption of cloud services
  • Design and work in team setup for implementation of security services in cloud, following the Commission's internal project management methodology (PM 2 ).
  • Design and integrate public cloud security services with on-premise security services and tools.
  • Participate to design of on-premise cloud, representing security-related services.
  • Integrate on-premise security services with on-premise cloud services and other pertinent supporting services
  • Work with different teams to design a mutually acceptable solution.
  • Contribution and expertise sharing towards actions to pursue within the project to best meet the business requirements.
  • Drafting high to low level documentation in English, including regular project progress reports.
  • Organisation of and participation to project-related activities including, but not limited to, preparation and chairing of project meetings, aiding in preparation of presentations, dissemination materials and applying a common look and feel to information arriving from different sources.

The service provider may also be requested to provide consulting and security analyst services and may contribute to the evolution of services.
