Description
A leading name in systems integration are seeking a team of Cisco engineers to join one of their global offices located in Prague Czech Republic.
You will be providing support to their end customers. We also provide travel expenses.
Responsibilities:
- You will have experience in Network Support, ideally delivering remote support and live troubleshooting of network related incidents.
- Strong general knowledge of networking essentials, ie: protocols like (IP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS) etc.
- Experience in restoring service on production networks through implementing workarounds or fixes.
Technical Product Skills
The core skills we need are:
- Cisco Switching (Campus Switching)
- Cisco Nexus Switching (DC Switching)
- Cisco WLAN
- Cisco Routing (OSPF/BGP)
- CCIE certified
- Bluecoat Proxy
Auxiliary skills that will be useful are:
- Cisco ASA Firewalls
- Fortinet Fortigate FW
Contract Length: 12 months +
