Description
A Government Department in Canberra requires the services of a Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst will identify and prioritise work to benefit users. They will obtain an understanding of MIM, their behaviours and insights on user interactions with these services.
Skills and experience
- Hold at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in Business Analytics and User Research.
- Experience identifying user needs, ensuring that team members understand these needs and integrate user needs into product and prioritisation decisions.
- Experience planning and conducting a range of research activities, including contextual enquiry, depth interviews, diary studies and others.
- Experience articulating clear, actionable insights and recommendations, including the development of service maps and customer journeys.
- Experience with Cyber Security protocols
- Experience with I:AM solutions - eg MIM, IdentityIQ
- Experience with applications such as: Microsoft PowerBI, TFS, Sharepoint
- Demonstrated knowledge of the methodology used by the Australian Government, Department of Jobs and Small Business
- Familiarity with the processes of the department
The role requires the candidate to be an Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance(mandatory) prior to commencement.
