Not sure if my timing is good but one of my clients is urgently looking for a number of Business Process Analyst for 6-12 month contract in Barcelona, Spain. English is language for business, if we get multilingual it is nice to have.
The Business Process Analyst Job Description:
- Document business and systems processes
- Will have knowledge and experience in process engineering models
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to validate & document process flows and usage models
- Will have knowledge of & skill in using Visio
- Effectively articulate ideas and direction both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent communication skills: able to facilitate meetings as necessary and comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
- Have knowledge of industry standards and best practices for process engineering including having proven models and work experience for dealing with identifying the root cause of the problem through various techniques, finding a solution to the problem and implementing the solution
- Showing a focus on improving the quality of the final product by finding and eliminating causes of issues in a business model
- Continually offer suggestions to HP management on process and technology improvements to assist stakeholders.
- Remain flexible to meet SME requests that come in for support during the off-shift
