SAP SuccessFactors/Success Factors Consultant.
Natural Resources is a company of SAP consultants and agents specialised by industry sector such as oil & gas, agri, and commodities. We are engaged on a number of projects worldwide from the development of IT infrastructure at green field assets to the harmonisation of country systems into global ERP networks, with all the associated benefits.
We are looking for a senior SAP consultant for a medium to long term engagement working on client site with our team in London, remotely from home, and with some travel to west Africa (2 weeks in every 6-8).
The role includes management and enhancement of the following modules already implemented (SF on Cloud):
- Employee central
- Performance management
- Goal management
- Learning management
- SAP cloud platform integration
Plus as an in-house project lead in SAP SuccessFactors/Success Factors implementation of the following new modules, working together with external consultancy:
- Compensation
- Workforce analytics
Given the complexities and size of the module you should be able to handle technical and functional aspects on the system, as well as integration points to finance and separate payroll system.
The project is English and French speaking.
