PMO (Onsite)
Location: Campinas, Brazil
Rate $20 per hour
Duration: 6 months + Possible Extension
Start: ASAP
Summary of Role:
*PMO will act as a Single point of contact for the overall engagement and will be responsible for Program Management of S2P Quality operations that includes governing the Operations at Onsite & Off-shore and lead Transformational initiatives projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
*Manage refurbishment operations, particularly from quality standpoint to ensure quality system requirements are defined, understood and managed
*Solid experience in developing quality requirements for process- inputs, process parameters and outputs. Experience in conducting root cause analyses to fix systemic issues that impact end quality
*Manage Refurbishment program including Operations Management,Transformation and Governance
*Perform technology roadmap assessment, implementation including large implementation program to improve E2E quality operations
*Display though leadership, working with clients on defining quality, including sourcing strategies and help clients on their long term objectives
*Develop and track implementation of Transformation Program
*Ensure performance of global teams and alignment to overall program objectives.
*Manage and resolve exceptions and escalations
*Manage Client relationship and act as a single point of contact for the overall engagement
Skills:
*12+ Years of experience in Quality, Sourcing and Procurement, Consulting, technology and Managing service operations
*Adeptness in general Project management tools & techniques such as Gantt chart, Scheduling, Critical Resource Management, Program Evaluation & Review, etc.
*Proficiency in MS PPT, MS Project and any other PM tools are preferred.
Educational and Other Requirements:
*Engineer (BE/BTech/BS) with Strong Project Management expertise
*MBA/Equivalent in Operations Management, Project Management, SCM and PMP certification are preferred.
