Description
A big 4 consultancy has multiple opportunity's for interim External Auditors to join their North West practice on potentially long-term contracts.
Scope of Work
- Testing all parts of the financial statements, as well as other areas of general risk areas including journals testing and completion of general audit documentation.
- Gaining an understanding of your allocated testing sections with the client and complete the work to the required auditing standards by the agreed deadline
- Respond to and remediate any queries raised by client
The Auditor
You will have eternal Audit experience in either the public or private sector and one of the following qualifications:
- The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
- The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
- The Institute of Public and Finance Accountancy (CIPFA)
- Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS)
It is important that you have flexibly to work across multiple sections, and if necessary, clients, simultaneously, as circumstances demand.
The day rate is £300 - £400 per day and is out of scope.
