Description

Desktop technicians needed:

A major client in Stockholm is in need of desktop technicians for a new project. Swedish speakers are needed for this project.

Skills preferred and responsibilities includes:

* Provide first and second-level support for the upgrade to Windows 10

* Work with each client to make sure checklist items are completed and ensure that the laptops are issue-free

* Responsible for receipt, configuration, and delivery of new equipment, if/where applicable

Qualifications:

* Minimum one year of experience in Helpdesk support and Customer Service Support

* Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge of laptops

* Strong knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System support and troubleshooting

* Strong knowledge of MS Office Products including 2013

* Ability to function in a fast changing environment

* Strong verbal/written communication in both Swedish and English.

* Strong problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to build productive relationships.
