My client needs help with SuccessFactors Recruiting Management for an unspecified amount of time but likely to be around 1 months starting urgently:
Analysis of SFSF RCM system performance
Prepare a runtime overview of RCM transactions, both during the week and during Saturday mornings to track system performance.
Pro-active monitoring of system during Saturday mornings to identify potential performance peaks or outages
If required, trigger SAP support and SAP escalation channels
Review BBPO report delivered by MaxAttention and identify recommendations to be implemented
Implement recommendations
English is mandatory and Spanish is 'nice to have.'
