For our client in Hamburg we are seeking for an experienced Lead Quality Assurance (m/f/d).Tasks:
The program QA Manager will be responsible for:
• Establish test strategy for the program
• QA activities covering program life cycle (Development - UAT - Pilot - Service Transition)
• The QA Lead within the development is from an development point of view managed by Development lead in Prague
• However from a program QA perspective the Program QA Manager is responsible for the success of early testing (SIT/RT)
• The QA will manage/lead client related test activities as well (security testing, certification related testing). Not be accountable
• He will manage Test Automation preparations, to be implemented at start of Service (Q1-20)
• He will be client facing and drive the programs QA related discussions
Skills:
• Card Payment Solution, including POS, Terminals
• Test automation
• Certification related tests
• Networks, security, environments (cloud experience)
• Test tools (e.g. JIRA)
• Good English skills (both writing and oral)
• Convincing in client discussions
• Problem solver
• Team player
• Proactive
• Able to travel (2-3 days/week)
• Able to work with distributed teams
