Description
SAP Basis Support is required by our rapidly expanding client, to be based from home in Mexico.
You'll be responsible for delivering providing SAP technical support to the current clients of the business, particularly those located in the USA, as well as performing Service Desk activities such as ticketing & escalation where the task at hand requires a higher level of expertise.
Our customer is the global market leader in SAP Automation on the AWS Cloud and has recently been accredited AWS MSP certification as well as expanding its customer base in all regions globally
They are offering exposure to the latest cloud based technology and you will be working with a team of best of breed SAP and Infrastructure SMEs and technical consultants.
In this role, the SAP Basis Support is responsible for delivering technical SAP support to clients, as well as for logging, ticketing & escalating complex queries/requirements.
Requirements
- Experienced in SAP Technical Support
- Experience across multiple industries, multiple platforms
- Experience across multiple SAP versions (R/3, ECC, NW)
- Experience across multiple SAP landscapes (ECC, PI, BI, BI-Java, CRM, SCM, HR, Enterprise Portals, Hana)
- System support (client or consulting) experience
- Experience of call logging systems
- Experience in Service Desk activities including Ticketing & Escalation
- Strong written & spoken English
