IT Project Assistant/Coordinator (Swedish Speaking Mandatory)

Mission statement:

LCM coordinator: IT Services provides infrastructure services for CUSTOMER organizations and companies. As part of this, LCM (Life Cycle Management) is conducted to ensure that delivered infrastructure and application flora are continuously renewed. The role of the LCM coordinator reports to the client and the LCM steering group and will at an operational level ensure that LCM is carried out in a professional manner in close cooperation with both the business and IT organization.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked with complex IT infrastructure in multi-sourced environments. The environments that will be life cycle consist mainly of products, application Servers (WebSphere as well as WebLogic), operating systems and technical platforms from Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Sun Microsystems and Linux (primarily Red Hat Enterprise edition).
The daily work includes collaboration with suppliers outside Sweden, why English is important that you master both speech and writing.
You will run and coordinate various LCM activities with the support of the LCM manager at the tactical level and the LCM steering group. This means frequent contacts with application management and IT Services technical resources.

Requirement

Experienced project manager, at least 2 years
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure
Good knowledge of working with 3rd party suppliers (Multisourcing)
Basic knowledge of management and operational issues (ITIL certification and PM3 knowledge is merit)
Basic knowledge of application management and systems in complex environments

Be able to express themselves well in speech and writing both in English and Swedish
