Mentmore are currently recruiting for an Senior Tester for our client, a leading organisation who are undertaking a large-scale project. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Senior Tester to help shaping their future with the digitalization of Production.
Key Responsibilities:

You will be working in agile Software Development projects
-
Design test cases from the technical documentation in our test management tool, in Gherkin format.

SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle
-
Programming in Java
-
Linux system
-
Implement in Java the designed test cases in our Cucumber-based test automation framework.

Git
-
Run regression executions, analyse tests, document and report test results, troubleshoot system behavior, report issues.
-
Setup and manage test environments, mainly hosted in Linux systems using Docker images.

Read/Create and Modify documentation such as test plans, test specifications and test reports.
-
Work closely with other colleagues in a team of Agile QA Engineers, Software Developers and Architects.
Required Skills:
-
Must have excellent experience with Enterprise Tester, Jira and Confluence

Good knowledge of Cucumber framework & Programming skills in Java
-
Experience in software development/test automation as well as test execution and report handling/KPI tracking.

Knowledge of REST/SOAP based services

Linux command line
-
Background: Test specifications design and used to read test documents
-
ISTQB Certification would be a plus!
