Description

We are looking for Onsite Support L2 engineer at Saint Denis Cedex, Paris, France

Contract Duration: 6 months

Note: French native/fluent language proficiency is required.

Job Description:

  • Basic hardware and software problem diagnosis
  • Basic software usage advice and minor configuration changes
  • Replacement of faulty computer components (mainly desktops/laptops/monitors)
  • Incident documentation
  • Customer interaction
  • Completion of service tasks by following agreed procedures
  • Stock management of PC's and spare parts assigned to the technician
  • Physical installation and/or de-installation of PC hardware
  • Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post and as advised by Management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Diagnosis tools and processes
  • Knowledge of basic LAN network cable management
  • General infrastructure understanding (networks, Servers, AD etc)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment
  • Familiar with general usage of Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of the purpose and operation of software distribution technologies (eg SCCM)
  • Windows 10/O365 Operation and configuration knowledge
