Description
We are looking for Onsite Support L2 engineer at Saint Denis Cedex, Paris, France
Contract Duration: 6 months
Note: French native/fluent language proficiency is required.
Job Description:
- Basic hardware and software problem diagnosis
- Basic software usage advice and minor configuration changes
- Replacement of faulty computer components (mainly desktops/laptops/monitors)
- Incident documentation
- Customer interaction
- Completion of service tasks by following agreed procedures
- Stock management of PC's and spare parts assigned to the technician
- Physical installation and/or de-installation of PC hardware
- Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post and as advised by Management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Diagnosis tools and processes
- Knowledge of basic LAN network cable management
- General infrastructure understanding (networks, Servers, AD etc)
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment
- Familiar with general usage of Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of the purpose and operation of software distribution technologies (eg SCCM)
- Windows 10/O365 Operation and configuration knowledge
