Description
As agile coach for the Technology Management Services department you:
Support the department (and in particular the IT people, change & communication team) to work in an agile way with agile mindset (eg introducing the relevant practices, visual management, servant leadership)
Support the leaders of TMS to have a clear service offering (especially for the IT people, Change & Comm team)
Define the skills that are needed within the IT people, change & communication team to deliver upon the agreed services
Support to balance capacity vs demand from the different IT divisions (prioritise work)
Include the corporate HR division in the transformation to the agile way of working
The position is Brussels based and for a full time schedule.
Qualifications
- You have proven experience of min 3 years in communications in a IT related environment
- Native/Fluent English or equivalent writing skills, French is a plus
- You can manage a variety of activities with multiple deadlines
- Thinks outside of the box for communication deliverables
- Experience of internal community management (Jive and/or other Intranet platforms)
- Experience/interest in change communications in an IT context
- Experience managing communication projects in a secure environment
- An understanding of or interest in Agile transformations, IT, Finance highly desirable
