Senior Solution Architect with experience in Planning (APO-PPDS/ IBP), Manufacturing( ECC-PP, PS, ME-MII), Logistics (SD, EWM, MM) & CS
To play an integral role in the transformation program ( consisting of 100 team members) as Senior Solution Architect / Lead Consultant for Engineer to Decommision Work Stream. The candidate we are looking for is a qualified Architect to work with business and SAP experts to create, maintain, monitor and manage a Global SAP project planning for a large and complex project scope. Solution contains an E2E Integration with Siemens Team Center processes at a High-end Engineering organization.
Key areas of responsibility and related deliverables in this function are:
• Work with Business Team Leads, IT Team Leads, IT Solution Architect and the IT Project Manager to realize all elements related to project deliverables planning and execution
• Will be as leader responsible for project deliverables of the Engineer to Decommision Team consisting of: APO-PPDS / ECC-PP / ECC-PS / ECC-CS / MM / EWM / SD / Customs / IM experts.
• Manage integration with IT solution teams and align planning of deliverables and resources
• Ensure that E2D teams project deliverables is documented (Solution manager / MS project / share point) and understandable
• Measure and monitor progress during project milestones, validated and piloted on time and that it meets or exceeds expectations
• Review teams deliverable steps, validation with Business / IT project team / Local IT project teams to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria
• Participate in quality management reviews to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards
• Must have team leadership and able to to strategic and business influencing.
• Must have experience in working with multiple vendors.
• Measure and monitor progress during project milestones (Agile approach), validated and piloted on time and that it meets or exceeds expectations
• Participate in quality management reviews to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards
• Acts as a subject matter expert for Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics and Integration with other third party systems.
• Partners with Business and IT groups to design and implement data and information solutions that meet or exceed organizational initiatives and are consistent with enterprise architectural standards.
• Ensures compliance with all architecture directions and standards through cross organization consulting and direct involvement in development efforts.
• Define key business drivers for the S4 HANA and implementing them.
• Design and define Target Architecture, Blueprint/ Roadmap during the Design Stage.
• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and patterns
• Responsible to design target architecture for integrating Seimens Team Center with SAP for deriving Bill of Process and Bill of Materials as part work preperation.
Experience:
• 20+ years’ experience working in Information Technology of which 10+ years working as an Senior Solution Architect in Information Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics and their Integration to Finance
• Understands and has hands-on experience with the S4 HANA platform, its functionality and concepts, including limitations and strengths
• Demonstrated consulting background in a leading role on at least two full life cycle SAP ECC Implementations for large projects of high complexity
• Experience and deep knowledge of SAP systems, including SAP Business Suite (SCM, MM, SD, BI, PP), S/4HANA, and the required architecture and infrastructure to support them.
• Experience integrating SAP solutions into a broad array of non-legacy technologies and architectures.
• Demonstrable experience with migration and conversation of SAP data in complex, global, release-deployed SAP programs.
• Strong ability to establish standards and provide Enterprise Architecture Governance across a large complex organization
• Advanced knowledge of Cloud Architecture patterns and strategies (including IAAS, PAAS, Security, Compute, Storage and Messaging)
• Experience defining and implementing Cloud Adoption and Migration for existing on-premise solutions
• Strong knowledge of application development processes, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• At least two team lead roles (end responsible) of teams > 10 team members at a full scope SAP ECC mid-size / large project
• At least two projects as Senior Architect managing and deriving Target Architecture a full scope SAP ECC mid-size / large project on HANA Platform
• Excellent Knowledge of APO-PPDS / ECC-PP / PS / CS / MM / EWM / SD / Customs / IM integration with SAP functional modules (+MES)
• Excellent knowledge of a SAP ECC implementation
• Has at least 5 years project experience as (team) leader / Architect
• Excellent knowledge of SAP solution Managers / MS Project / Share Point / Third Part Applications including intefraces
• Excellent knowledge of Agile project methodology
• Strong in building global multi-disciplinary & cultural teams and business relationships
• Strong cultural awareness
• Overall Knowledge on the integration of SAP modules and SAP landscape
• Knowledge from impact area's of communication layers from / to SAP with legacy systems
• Experience in High-Tech Industry is prefered
• Working in a Global delivery environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical terminology, concepts and issues in terms understandable to technical and non-technical management and staff.

• Ability to develop and manage all aspects of the Project/Go-Live including plans, interdependencies, schedule, tools, and required personnel
• Ability to document and communicate the status of Project progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary
