Overview:
Simpson Booth are supporting a major IT business consultancy with the recruitment of two Data Visualization-Kibana Developers for a highly attractive contract at their end customer's office, based in the beautiful sunny coast of Alicante, Spain.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a new beach-front lifestyle, working in a guaranteed long-term contract on an English-speaking project for a major EU institution.
This is a contract autonomo position (freelancer) with an initial duration of 1 year, and the likelihood of extension for a further 3 years beyond this initial period. You will be earning an attractive day rate in accordance to the cost of living in Spain of approximately per day, depending on experience.
Our Client's end customer is a major, highly established European institution, and you will be working from their new corporate office on the sunny beach front, playing a crucial role in the Analysis team to manage change and plan for the future in incorporating IT to support the organisation's needs.
Only those with proven years of business analysis experience in an IT capacity, and advanced fluency in written and spoken English will be considered for this role. Knowledge and experience required:
Our clientis looking for two data visualization (Kibana) developers with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications who will be responsible for the design and architecture of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems with guarantees of high availability and fault tolerance. He/she must contribute in all phases of the development life cycle, ensure designs are in compliance with specifications and support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting this for architectural review.
Nature of the tasks:
- Provision of advice and assistance in any area associatedwith the procurement, provision, delivery, maintenance, deployment, hosting, effective use of information systems and their environments.
- Provision of security technical consultancy, security assessments or other security matters associated with information system projects.
- Technical risk analysis.
- Provision of technical consultancy, technical expertise, technical evaluations in relation with information systems.
Knowledge and skills:
- Good knowledge of information systems.
- Proven knowledge in IT consulting.
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing technical consultancy.
- Proficient communication skills in a multilingual environment.
- Capable of working in an international/multicultural environment.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical consultancy in the field of data visualization
- Experience/familiarity with Kibana
