We are looking for a Business Consultant SAP FI/CO to work in Mexico for 6 months with a lot of possibility to be extended.

Business Consultant SAP FI/CO
Mission
The Business Consultant (FI/CO) is a member of the regional SAP Competence Center Europe.
He/she is primarily responsible for the support of the Finance users community working with SAP FI/CO and other Finance related tools such as VIM, CONCUR or MATCHBOX within Richemont Europe's perimeter (regional distribution subsidiaries).
He/she is the key contact of the Key Users and local management in this scope and acts as a bridge between Key Users and group IT team (global SAP Competence Center).
Responsibilities
Business Consultancy
- Receive requests for information, for issues and for enhancements through incidents (level 2 support)
- Resolve incidents and/or coordinate resolution global SAP CC (level 3 support)
- Work closely with Finance Key Users for requirement gathering
- Prepare, Organize and coordinate test sessions during Release cycle and Maintenance cycle
- Communicate to Finance Key Users when appropriate and publish newsletters
Technical Expertise & Roll-out
- Develop and maintain his/her knowledge and expertise of the SAP Finance solution
- Participate to the regional deployment of the solution
- Perform periodical non-regression tests to secure the quality and stability of the solution
Training
- Organize and give training to Key Users
Profile
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO support (including FI : GL, AP, AR, Tax, SL, Asset, CO : PCA, CCA, IO, COPA, FSCM)
- Knowledge of SAP VIM or Concur
- Good cross knowledge of other SAP modules (SD, LE, MM) and understanding of related business processes and flows
- Knowledge of support best practices and tools (SAP SOLMAN & Charm)
- Knowledge of BI is a plus
- Service-oriented and user-focused
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Written & oral communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish, other European language appreciated
- University degree holder in IT and/or Finance
