I'm currently woring with a global recruitment agency on the hunt for a Webmaster and Content Executive.
They would like to have someone who could hand this project to and who does not need much oversight/management.
The key project is creating new job pages on the website for all global sites and working with our web developer and SEO agency to make sure the project is managed and delivered in the timeframe we set. It will involve proofreading, making edits, giving feedback and copywriting. What is important is to help the consultants involved and chase them to give feedback on their sections.
Secondary projects are:
- Creating contact forms for all global Wordpress pages that integrate with Salesforce - copying GDPR forms we introduced for the UK
- Creating a Client/Employer page - draft version exists, needs to be finished
- A feedback site
- CSR page - draft version exists, needs to be finished
- Join pages for the different offices - Global site is already live
For all these new pages, content needs to be drafted, signed off and then the pages need to be created on our different global websites, tested and made live.
Knowledge needed:
- Content management
- Project management
- Wordpress/CMS
- A little understanding of CSS/Wordpress for formatting
- UX understanding to create forms and pages that help customers find the right information in the right places
