Title: Kronos Analyst
Duration: 6 months +
Rate: $45 - $55/Hr.

Job Description:
Kronos application experience troubleshooting clock issues working with Kronos Global Support (KGS) and users.
If troubleshooting methods do not resolve order new clock, configuration and set-ups
Update and perform set-ups within the Kronos application as needed
Be the point of contact for plant user questions
Ordering and shipping the clocks as needed
Experience working cross functionally and co-ordinate - with business users, Kronos Product Support Team, IT team of client
Do an initial triage of the production issues and understand the parties to be involved for the resolution.
Understand the urgency as it relates to Payroll
Build the Knowledge documents and articles, videos etc and train the end user if needed
Work with the internal stakeholders for change ticket creation, ensure the ticket life cycle is complete and taken to closure.
