International Client looking for an English Speaking Technical Lead consultant based in Stockholm.
To fit this role, candidates should have previously worked in a similar role and have the relevant work experience
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Configuration Management Service in cooperation with Service Operations Manager to ensure that all Sites and Service-related CIs are correct, complete, and up to date.
- This task requires close cooperation with configuration management and other teams
- Participate actively in Configuration Management meetings, Supplier meetings, Planning, and Strategy discussions within Configuration Management areas
- Check CMDB is functioning correctly and troubleshooting issues
- Administration, support and development of tools used by Configuration Management Service: BMC Atrium CMDB (CMDB)
- Support CMDB Attribute Completeness
- Collaborating with local subject matter experts to troubleshoot issues with scanning systems
- Participating in the Identification, analysis, and proof of concept of new solution and technology options as required by Configuration Management
Skills Required:
- Development of Integration between different services to CMDB
- Analyzing and troubleshooting problems as required by Configuration Management
- Experience with designing interfaces and working with third party APIs, Restful Webservices, SDKs, etc.
- Ensuring and Supporting documentation and publication of needed information by Configuration Management Team
