Description

Our client, a large financial services organisation is currently implementing a programme to replace its existing HR systems with HR SuccessFactors suite of modules. The programme will run out of Dublin, with possible travel to other sites in the UK and Germany.

The role:

Alongside the business solution implementation, the programme includes a number of significant IS work streams, including:

  • Pan-European Infrastructure (single sign-on etc).
  • Integration Workstream
  • Payroll Implementation

Responsibilities:

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the analysis and design of the Legacy systems interfaces to/from SuccessFactors
  • Preparing requirements documentation, including interface specifications.
  • Supporting the analysis and design of the Data Migration aspects, as necessary.
  • Contribute to the test Scripting and execution as appropriate
  • Support the business personnel in each HR unit
  • Support solution build activities
  • Support and deliver training where appropriate
  • Support the overall programme delivery

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Systems Analyst, ideally with experience in the implementation of a HR Administration systems and associated interfaces and data migration. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors solution implementation would be a plus.
