My client is looking to expand their team with a Technical Writer/Technical Author to join their expanding team based in Dublin. You will be involved in working on documentation for a well-known payments provider.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- Previous experience technical writer/technical author
- Experience creating task-based and reference information for technical manuals, release documents and bulletins
- Gathering of technical information by speaking to SMEs, reading specifications and observing testing
- Manage all aspects of a documentation project, defining deliverables, develop and improve documentation and publishing processes
- XML and content management tools experience
- Previous experience within software projects would be nice to have but not essential
- Research and evaluate new documentation tools and methods
The day rate is €/day dependent on experience.
