A major client in Klaipeda, Lithuania needs Service Desk Analysts for a new project. Travel to Vilnius, Lithuania will be included on this project.
This is a diverse international client with great prospects for career progression and an exciting opportunity for relocation across a range of European countries for future projects too.
Skills preferred:
-At least some IT hardware and software knowledge
-Work with client support requests on calls
-Meet KPIs such as first point resolution and call quality
-Logging call details into tickets/internal system
-Experience with value-adding activities
-Great English language skills
