Description

One of our client is looking for a desktop support to join one of our biggest project in Lithuania, Vilnius.

Here are the skills needed:

* Handle clients support requests on call;
* Logging call details into tickets in the internal system;
* Meet standard KPIs (average handling time, first point resolution, call quality);
* Maintain adherence to schedule;
* Work on value-adding activities such as knowledge base update;

Additional Requirements:
* Some knowledge of the IT hardware and software;
* Customer service experience;
* Excellent communication skills in English language (verbal and written);
* Ability to work in late shifts (if required);

Experience
* 1-3 years of relevant experience. Freshers with excellent comm. skills in English language may also apply
