Description
Core Duties
Work directly with our business customers to collect, analyze and refine business, functional, and technical requirements
Manage all aspects of the Salesforce.com CRM platform including, data, contacts, leads, custom objects, workflows, profiles, roles, etc.
Develop and maintain Visual Force, APEX, App Exchange apps, Force pages, and integration APIs
Document and develop code according to specifications and standards
Prepare test plan with data and conduct basic unit and/or module testing
Provide guidance and support for offshore development efforts
Manage Quality Assurance and defect resolution efforts
Work as a team member in an Agile (Scrum) Team
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English) and Ability to work and communicate within a team consisting of technical and business members
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Understanding of complex data integration and migration practices
Skills Desired
Experience in Quality Assurance and Continuous Integration is highly desired
Experience working with offshore development teams
Experience
3+ years of Salesforce development experience including APEX, SOQL, and VisualForce
Educational Requirements
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
