Knowledge and experience of financial consolidation and reporting;
Knowledge and experience of Equity reporting;
Knowledge and experience of reporting and consolidation experience;
Broad experienced in similar projects before;
Knowledge and experience of insurance specific knowledge and IFRS 17 knowledge in particular.
Responsibilities/Results
Master's test plan (expertise development, policy)
Execute the implementation of approved master test plan. This includes all types of tests with associated activities within the testing process;
Build and execute logical and physical test scenarios based on functional and / or technical design specifications, compliant with AEGON standards in terms of data sets;
Test scripts preparation and documentation;
Work closely with various other specialists to define and execute assurance and testing processes to achieve desired levels of quality across several quality factors;
Use of test automation tooling.
Testing process and execution (methods, techniques and instruments, analysis and research)
Maintain test planning of your team;
Develop, Implement and execute a (automated) testing process (including monitoring and reporting) according to the applied test standard;
Developing improvement plans and controlling the implementation of relevant testing activities with the aim of enhancing the integrity of the integral testing process;
Root cause analysis and applying lessons learned into new or revised test cases;
Analyze test defects and challenge developers to improve development;
Collect and analyze data related to the testing process with the aim of initiating improvement measures;
Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in QA and testing aspects across the software development and delivery in a single team;
Test environment execution / set-up to ensure that test environments (including DB and test data) are available;
Coach DevOps team members to improve test execution, test coverage and test reporting.
Quality Assurance (Management Information)
Quality tests of test products to be delivered;
Documentation of all test results;
Guidance and training of relevant DevOps team members during the performance of test activities.
Reporting (management information, advice)
Preparation of test evaluation and test reports;
Alignment with Test manager regarding time, budget and quality based on the results of the test process;
Report to the Change Manager and/or (IT) Project Manager regarding time, budget and quality based on the results of the test process.
