Description
Qualitek Services has an immediate 12 months+ contract opening for a GPS Signal/Digital Signal Processing Engineer with MATLAB/Simulink experience in Anaheim, CA 92805.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Must be a US Citizen.*

*Must be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.*
Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of previous work experience.
Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline, and a passion to pursue a career with Corporate.
A minimum of 10 years' experience with GPS signals and Digital Signal Processing.
Knowledge and experience with GNSS signals a major plus.
Must have excellent math skills in developing algorithms, models and simulations (eg acquisition, tracking, and modulations).
MATLAB/Simulink experience required.
Must work well in a team environment, enjoy mentoring less experienced engineers, and be comfortable presenting ideas and concepts in front of small to large technical groups.
Must be comfortable working and progressing in changing environments.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include modelling and simulation of GPS based Navigation Systems Signal Processing for use in FPGA and ASIC design.
Responsible for algorithm development, modelling, system simulation, implementation and verification with emphasis on military GPS receivers.
The Principal-level engineer will participate in product development process including structured requirements and design reviews
Pay Rate: $65/hr MAX DOE
