Enigma People Solutions is urgently recruiting a Principal Control Design Engineer for an outstanding organisation that has the ambition to change the world.
Developing proven and new technology our client is building a new team in Edinburgh that will optimise and commercialise an innovation set to change existing electricity grid architecture.

Reporting to the VP Innovation UK you will have lead responsibility for control systems design aligned with our product road map.
Skills:
Classical / modern control design (SISO & MIMO), digital implementation, stability analysis, graphical design methods, vector control methods, knowledge of phase lock loops, phase advance network, loop shaping, adaptive & self-tuning methods, etc.
Experience with analogue & digital filters & power electronics, ideally within the context of power transmission systems.
