Description

PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant to work on a 9.2 upgrade and carry out data conversion & migration.

Candidate must be able to travel to Brussels.

Skills Required:

  • Overall 7-10 years of relevant experience in Data Conversion working in Implementation/Roll Out/Upgrade projects related to PeopleSoft HCM Applications.
  • Experience of working on PeopleSoft HCM v9.2
  • Strong experience in handling PeopleSoft HCM conversion work related to data mapping, data transformation, data load and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Development Tools like People code, Application Engine, Component Interface, App Package and Integration Broker
  • Strong SQL writing skills
  • Performance fine tuning skills
  • Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner, ability to work with third party vendors in a collaborative environment
