Description
This position is responsible for successful project delivery of IT infrastructure and/or security projects related to new construction and facility upgrades. The selected candidate will work closely with construction project stakeholders to understand business requirements, assess technology needs and implement technology solutions. This position will report directly to the IT PMO.

This is a blend of Technical Project Management and Construction Project Management skills - Technical (Infrastructure) is the most important. Construction is very helpful for leading the technology implementations for new construction or building upgrades.

Solid Project Management fundamentals - Experience managing technical projects following PMBOK framework.

Blend of PM Methodologies - Ability to lead in both Waterfall and Agile environments.

Strong Communications Skills - We are a highly matrixes and geographically dispersed, so written and verbal communication skills are both very important.

Executive Presence - Provide executive status updates and prepare through and polished documentation for executive level review.

Cultural Fit - Ability to juggle competing priorities and occasionally work with ambiguity, while maintaining a can do attitude.
Experience and Preferred Skills:

Experience as a Technical Project Manager in a construction environment is a must.

Strong Infrastructure background required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Management Lead.

Minimum of four (4) years' experience managing medium to largeInformation Technology Projects.

PMP or related certification

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Executive communication and presentation skills.
