Description
Marlin Green are looking for a Data Scientist with strong knowledge with both a strong Business + Data background.
Tasks:
- Expansion & optimization existing reporting within DWH/Cognos environment
- Data exploration, analysis and interpretation on various data sources within Azure environment
- Development/setting up of new reporting based on (big) data sources incl dashboarding and geovisualisation
Experience Needed:
Strong Knowledge of DWH/Cognos
Strong knowledge of Dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
Strong knowledge and experience in exploiting Big data
Strong knowledge and experience in operating transactional databases
Knowledge of R, RShiny, Python & Jupyter Notebooks (for hands-on analysis of data)
Experience with/background regarding geo-visualization possibilities and tools
Experience in a Business Analyst role; ie translating Business needs into analyzes, proactively analysing Business issues, etc.
Dutch is preferable
