Description

We have an organization structure consisting of small-scale Business Units, which are close to the customer and where accessibility and employee involvement make the difference. Together with other Business Units, we are able to deliver complex, tailor-made services to customers.
High customer satisfaction has led to the growth of our organization and we intend to continue to build on success in the coming years. Because of this growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Wireless LAN specialist for our Business Unit Services.
What you do?

    • In particular remote but also on-site solving of complex network disruptions, proactive implementation of technical management and preparation and implementation of changes.
    • You are prominently involved in the transfer and acceptance of new or existing networks that are managed.
    • Maintaining contact with our manufacturers and suppliers and forming an interface to the technical support department of these parties.
    • Support and advice of the NOC on connectivity and design issues.
    • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the relevant knowledge areas and technical coaching of your fellow engineers.
    • Maintenance, optimization and assessment of technical documentation and reports.

What does your challenge look like?
The Business Unit Services manages and maintains complex IT environments. As a Senior Network Engineer you are responsible for the quality of technical management and maintenance activities together with the incident coordination team. You come into contact with a wide range of technologies that you master and/or want to learn to master. We support a comprehensive Cisco portfolio, HPE, but also think of Juniper, Extreme, MRV, etc.
