One of my main international clients based in the Netherlands is in search for a Service Manager to join a large scale Project on an initial 12 month Contract with likey extention.

Job description

What are the duties of the Service Manager

* Organization and implementation of contract and supplier management;
* Design and implementation of service level management;
* You plan your own activities, subproject and involve the relevant stakeholders;
* You translate the business needs for product support into relevant service levels in the underlying supplier agreements;
* You ensure that continuous process improvement is a natural part of the relevant process design;
* You are the escalation point in case agreed service levels are not met;
* You are responsible for the various supporting processes;
* You inform stakeholders and those responsible in such a way that they can perform their duties based on correct and relevant information;
* You independently make decisions about drafting and prioritizing change requests (service improvement plans) and impact analyzes and coordinate these with stakeholders;
* You are the visible point of contact for all stakeholders in the field of service management;
* You support the product owners if necessary in prioritizing wishes and requirements and the release planning;
* You translate wishes and requirements, if applicable, into adjustments to the process agreements and/or agreements with suppliers and partners
* You fulfil a bridging function between the team and suppliers and partners.
* If necessary, you participate in and contribute to events (sprint planning, sprint review, refinement session).
* If necessary, you undertake coordinating and executive activities in the field of software development, infrastructure changes or business analysis.

Mandentory Skills:

Candidate has a degree at university level
Candidate is available during the requested period.
Candidate has more than 5 years of experience as a service manager with the government
Candidate is certified ITIL service manager v3

Good to Have:

The candidate has knowledge and experience in Agile system development processes within the government;
The candidate has knowledge and experience with setting up (temporary) management organizations, preferably within the government;
The candidate has knowledge and experience in the field of Agile system development
You have knowledge and experience in the field of IT processes within Healthcare.

DUTCH LANGUAGE SKILLS IS A MUST
