We require a Product delivery, product manager, product consultant, product support consultant
EXPERIENCE IN THE CARD PAYMENTS ECOSYSTEM WOULD BE USEFUL
Role: As a key member of the Global Acceptance Asia Pacific team, this role supports the existing PMO resource and the relationship managers to ensure that all regional goals are met (50%); provides administrative support to the regional director (25%); and supports the new digital senior manager (25%). You will
- Work with the PMO function in corporate to ensure the Acquirer and Tier One Merchant go to market plans are on track
- Work with the local team, other PMO colleagues, finance and other functions globally and in the US to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting is accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Merchant Claims - Work with the APAC and UK teams to streamline the submission process
- APAC Validation approach - work with APAC and UK teams to implement a standardized validation approach
- Generate Monthly Report on Merchant Validation status
- Test Card Administration
- Traveling & Support Resources Planning
- APAC GA Weekly Update Reports
- APAC Agreement processing
- APAC Invoice processing
- Support for new digital Senior Manager
Skills required
- Five years demonstrated work experience as a PMO or PSO, preferably with an accreditation, such as a Project Management Professional certification ( PMP )
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- People leadership skills that include the ability to influence without authority
Able to speak at both executive summary and very detailed levels
English & Cantonese would be ideal (the latter is not mandatory)
