Description
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Translating business requirements into a fit-for-purpose IT solution
- Performing work preparations or feasibility studies in which you, as a business analyst, map the different solution alternatives and explore the feasibility of the scope, the budget, the TTM (time-to-market) and A2E (Ability to Execute) within the IT application landscape
- Responsible for the status reporting of your work preparation files towards program and IT management.
- You are aware of Project Life Cycle and apply it properly.
- At the end of your feasibility study, you deliver the crucial IT deliverable in a feasibility report.
- After the 'feasibility' study you provide a 'handover' to the project leader and analyst and remain at your disposal during the work execution for the site follow-up.
- Building solid network with the various (technology) experts, IT architects.
- Ensure that the IT solution is supported within the IT organization (technology experts, IT architects, business analyst's community, ...)
- Following technology trends and evolution within the domain
- Acting as a co-entrepreneur for your internal business client
