Description

The purpose of the position is to support delivery of digital marketing strategy and implement digital marketing projects and activity

This role has responsibility for the delivery of digital strategy across all geographies, client types and mediums.

Principal accountabilities

Digital campaigns

1. Support for the development and implementation of the digital element of the annual marketing plan and all campaign plans.

2. Work with the marketing teams and external agencies to contribute to the planning, project management and evaluation of digital marketing activities.

3. Assist in the preparation and delivery of digital components including social content, video, audio and email.

Website Support

4. Content management delivery and development for websites.

5. Support for all websites and its associated international sites, plus campaign pages, secure sites and microsites, and relevant sites.

6. Working with internal stakeholders to ensure web infrastructure supports business development and client retention.

Maintenance

7. Maintenance of sites in line with best practice for search engine optimisation.

8. Monitor the digital marketing expenditure against annual budget plans including processing invoices.

9. Liaison with internal teams (including IT/Salesforce/Scope etc.) where appropriate to resolve technical issues and implement changes.

Email

10. Maintenance and development of email template suite ensuring that delivery is consistent with our online visual identity.

11. Working with key individual stakeholders to support email delivery in line with business requirements and industry best practice.

Reporting

12. Maintenance of the digital marketing approval logs and audit trail.

13. Assistance with digital marketing activity reporting

Creative

14. Contribute to the development of user experience, design and functionality of the company's websites.

15. Support the production of online creative work, including recommendations on online visual identity, key messages and content.

16. Guardianship and maintenance of the company's visual identity on all sites, partner sites, affiliates and platforms
