Job Description:
- Experience in SAP HR implementation and support projects
- Expertise in French Payroll
- Should have hands-on experience in SAP HCM processes OM, PA, ESS & MSS, Payroll & talent management processes
- Architects, designs and implements SAP HCM solutions for enhancements through a small team
- Must have thorough understanding of ITIL processes and comply with SLAs and KPIs for the project
- Should be available for on-call/standby support and coordinate with customer and offshore for issue resolution
- Proactively generate ideas to build solutions that will simplify, automate or eliminate recurrent issue
