Operations Relationship Associate - Hammersmith - £320p/d
A key client is seeking an experienced Operations Relationship Associate to join their team as soon as possible. The role will initially be 12 months with an option to extend.
Essential experience:
- Successful customer engagement.
- Being able to build successful relationships with end clients.
- Technical background.
- Strong communication skills (In person and over the phone).
- Pro-active attitude
- Project, Customer and operational management skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to payment systems.
- Financial services experience.
- Card scheme/Authorisation/Settlement exp.
- EMV/3D secure understanding.
As an experienced Operations Relationship Associate you will have:
- An excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with customer/clients.
- Ability to quickly research and learn new technologies and have the ability to take initiative to learn new technologies.
