Product Owner
One of my main international clients based in the Netherlands is in search for a Product Owner to play a pivotal role in a large scale project on an initial 9 month contract.
In the sub team structure you are part of an ambitious and driven plan to deploy the Mainframe. You work together with two other teams and a number of colleagues from other areas of expertise. You take the initiative with regard to the broadening of knowledge (within and outside your expertise) that is relevant to the assignment.
- You take on tasks/activities that contribute to the mission wherever possible, even when they do not fall entirely within your area of expertise.
- You are able to get all stories according to the sprint planning from "to do" to "done" and deliver predictably good results with the squad.
- You control the scrum processes.
- You contribute to the development of your squad by actively giving and receiving feedback.
- You are responsible for the development of your own professional knowledge and you apply it.
- You know where you can get that knowledge and you actively ask for help from your colleagues.
- You are familiar with IT risk processes and experienced with the implementation and monitoring thereof.
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
- You are communicative, practical, proactive and you are solid.
- Experience with Snow and with a migration process is an advantage.
