Description

For a client in the automotive sector i'm looking for an Support Specialist IT.

Be aware that working in shifts is required and Dutch is mandatory.

Onsite Belgium Time Critical Support, Remote Support team.

Time Critical Remote Support resolves cases, called in from the user, in close cooperation with the user at site, in order to ensure the continuity of the user's everyday tasks. Time Critical Remote Support carries out the 1st-level-support, according to the support process and other competence areas agreed with the customer.

Specific for this role:

First Line IT Support works in Shifts for Time Critical Remote Support (Factory/Warehouse/Call Center) in Gent from 5:25till 19:00. Availability is a key aspect in the Support organization as users need to be able to contact the Support team for urgent issues.

Resolve incoming problems that are called in from the user via IT Service Desk, in close cooperation with the user at site and answer how-to questions from the user so that the user is able to continue his tasks.

Do the setup and the maintenance of the hardware and the applications that are used by the involved customers.

Support in projects and requests for which the customer asks assistance and advice.

Language skills:

Fluent in Dutch and English

Main job: First Line (Phone) Support for Factory IT-Related cases

Willing to work during shifts and very occasionally in weekends.
