Please use the JD below. Consultant must have a minimum of 6 years of reference-able experience in SAP HR implementation and support projects• Expertise in French Payroll and fluency in French is a must
• Should have hands-on experience in SAP HCM processes OM, PA, ESS & MSS, Payroll & talent management processes
• Architects, designs and implements SAP HCM solutions for enhancements through a small team
• Must have thorough understanding of ITIL processes and comply with SLAs and KPIs for the project
• Should be available for on-call/standby support and coordinate with customer and offshore for issue resolution
• Proactively generate ideas to build solutions that will simplify, automate or eliminate recurrent issue
